We scan the Bittensor chain every 12 seconds for all StakeAdded, StakeRemoved, Transfer, and ColdkeySwapped events. Events are filtered to only show activity from addresses that currently own a subnet.
Coldkey swaps are shown as either "Scheduled" (pending) or "Done" (confirmed on-chain). A coldkey swap does not always mean an ownership change -- owners sometimes rotate to a new wallet for security. The alert shows the old and new address plus any associated subnets.
The Owner Summary tab shows aggregated statistics per subnet owner: total stakes, unstakes, and when they were last active. This helps identify which owners are actively managing their positions.
Use the subnet filter to focus on a specific subnet's owner. This shows only the on-chain activity from that subnet's current owner address.
