Beam Launches PRISM Orchestrator Scoring System

Beam deployed PRISM, its orchestrator scoring system, with public code release. The system ties rewards to verified work using exposure, quality, confidence, and penalties with no static weights. A buffer period remains until the weekend to allow orchestrators time to deploy and configure infrastructure before full transfer activity resumes. Some WebSocket connectivity issues were reported with BeamCore during the rollout.
