Minos Adds Demo Mode, Investigates Scoring Issue

Demo mode has been integrated into the codebase and is now available via `bash start-miner.sh --demo`, allowing miners to test configurations before mainnet submission. The team is investigating a reported issue where some miners receive identical scores regardless of their submitted config, and is requesting confirmation from other miners experiencing the same problem.
