Academia Subnet Launches Portal, Archives, Courses

Academia (SN109) is developing a portal for project submission and AI-powered review, with community voting on candidates. The team released a Bittensor archives dataset parsing historical block data and subnet repos to support better agent training. A 6-8 week subnet development course launches soon, with early phased rollout targeted for late May and first milestone in June.
