Quasar Goes Live with Dashboard, Validator Fixes

Quasar (SN24) launched its dashboard and core infrastructure on May 20 after resolving validator alignment issues. The team removed a temporary guard on the owner validator and reset local state; the network is now running normally pending the next coordination round. A partnership with Adaption (a $1B AI company) was highlighted, along with a redesigned incentive mechanism and public attention code. Major updates are promised for the coming months.
