Graphite Subnet Adjusts Scoring and Burning Rate Mechanisms

Graphite (SN43) will replace the SQRT(N) miner scoring formula with linear N to discourage multiple coldkey registrations. A 5% burning rate increase was temporarily activated during validator restarts.
