Ninja paused evaluation to address a validator bug where miners submitted code with undefined references (region_anchors NameError), causing anomalous scoring. The team implemented stricter CI checks requiring pytest validation before submissions and switched back to PR-based workflow instead of a planned gist-secret flow. A new king was crowned after iterations, and PR auto-cleanup was restored.
