Reliquary Subnet Addresses Exploit Paths and Deploys Validator Hardening

The reliquary team fixed two post-exploit vulnerabilities related to token cap abuse and manufactured rollouts. They deployed validation rules to reject malicious patterns and launched two validator hardening PRs: training quarantine for suspicious data and validator-owned reward computation to reduce poisoning risks.
