Cacheon (SN14) is shipping three updates today: a new evaluation mechanism, anti-spam 0.1 TAO registration fee per submission, and dynamic emissions annealing that initially burns more than it distributes to miners, gradually shifting toward higher miner payouts as the subnet stabilizes. The team is also considering delaying the restart closer to June 8 due to Proof of Talk week and integrating Shadeform to address GPU availability constraints.
